Sociocultural and Sports Centre, MIÑANO BUSINESS PARK.

The volumetric composition of the proposal responds to the brief´s needs for several different uses and a common circulation linking them all.

A long lineal spine connects geometric volumes for each function and responds to the site´s undulating changes in levels permitting an open space in front of each one that gently falls with the terrain.

Above these spaces is an all-encompassing lightweight roof that disguises all the servicing machines and at the same time provides a thermal buffer zone.

The spreading out of the volumes means that there are no interruptions to the views from the business park to the surrounding areas.

In the lower corner a lake is provided to be able to use rainwater for the watering of the landscaped spaces.
